Mark Wahlberg is completely shredded. Actually, he’s so shredded that he looks kind of dehydrated. And we’d be willing to bet $20 that his mom gave him a worried call after seeing his latest Instagram post.
Sharing his six-month body transformation, the 48-year-old actor looks just like he did in his 1993 home workout video. Except this time he’s not working out with any “fly honeys” by his side.
