Margot Robbie is a renaissance woman whose hidden talents extend well beyond acting. She is an ace accountant, can hold her breath for five minutes, and can even do magic. But all of her skills were put to the test recently after she was challenged to a hot wing eating competition.

In the run-up to Sunday's Academy Awards, Margot answered a lighting round of questions about her life and career on a hilarious episode of Hot Ones.

Before she dug into the first of nine progressively hotter wings, the Australia native downplayed her ability to reach the finish line by reminding viewers that she did not grow up eating spicy food. "I have the palette of a four-year-old and grew up eating mashed potatoes, so my tolerance for spicy food is extremely limited," she declared.

Truth be told, Margot was feeling it after just the second wing, but she wasn't ready to call it: "As weak as I am with spice tolerance, I am strong and competitive in determination."

As Margot progressed through the line of wings in front of her, she made a host of Oscar-worthy faces as she shouted Harley Quinn-worthy expletives and saw her life flash before her eyes.

"I think I might die," she said after already having taken off her jacket. "It's so spicy. Holy shit!" In the end, Margot made it through to the ninth and final wing, which was spiced with a sauce from her homeland of Australia called the "Widow Maker."

But it should have come as no surprise that Margot was able to pull off the major feat, because fans learn during the interview that the actress once won a spaghetti eating competition by throwing back four pounds of bolognese in an hour.

"There was a time frame. That made it more difficult," she recalled. "Otherwise, I don't know how much I could have eaten. Probably not that much more, because I was really sick. It was a lot of spaghetti."
