The Mandalorian spoilers for the latest season 2 episode follow.

The Mandalorian star Pedro Pascal has cleared up talk that he wants to take his helmet off more in future seasons of the Disney+ series.

The actor's titular character Din Djarin showed his face for only the second time in the show's most recent episode 'The Believer' – which goes against the character's creed for keeping his armor on.

Appearing via video link on The One Show last night (December 15), Pascal denied rumors that he wants to take the helmet off more in future episodes, noting that they are all on the "same page" when it comes to showing his face.

"That is not true, actually," he replied. "It's a really wonderful way of telling the story.

"It's always been a very clear creed for the character and the collaborative process of the whole thing, we've all been on the same page with this. So what I want is for them to make the best show possible, however they get that done."

The House of Mouse has also unveiled a host of new projects set in a galaxy far, far away, including Mandalorian spin-off shows Rangers of the New Republic and Ahsoka.

The Mandalorian season 1 and season 2 are streaming now on Disney+, with new episodes coming weekly.
