Man dumbfounded by girlfriend’s ‘malicious’ behavior while playing video games

A couple in their early twenties is at odds with each other over a video game. The boyfriend explained a recent incident on Reddit's "Am I the A******" forum. He and his girlfriend both like video games, but his girlfriend works 60 hours a week and doesn't have a lot of time for hobbies. To make it easier for her, he gave her his Xbox, bought her a laptop and shared his Steam account with her. But when they were finally able to game together, she became furious over a choice he made. "I bought a game called Stardew Valley," he explained. "I really like the game and wanted to play longer, so a couple of weeks ago, I told her that I was going to create a new save file so I could play by myself," he said. The girlfriend was fine with it and said she'd probably end up doing the same thing. But when the girlfriend discovered he advanced far in the game without her, she was upset. The next time she came to his house, she sabotaged his game and saved it so it couldn't be fixed. "Today she apologized and told me that she wants to play, but I told her that I don't want to play with her anymore,". "heck, I don't even want to play Stardew Valley anymore," the man said. "She wanted to hurt you," one person commented
