Kazue Deki did the most incredible finger waves and kiss curls in my hair. This angle really highlights the definition and precision of her work. I feel so fortunate to get to work with such incredible artists, they are the people who really run fashion week.

I’ve been trying to quit caffeine, so instead, I switched to lemon water every morning. It doesn’t taste as good, but it definitely helps with my skin. And my god complex.

I picked this dress because it has pockets—who doesn’t love a dress with pockets. It’s also adjustable and has a really beautiful neck line. I felt like there was a good opportunity to do something interesting with the hair and makeup, too.

The shoes are much easier to put on than they look. They have a zip in the back, thank goodness. I think the heel is so interesting and it creates a really wonderful shape all the way up the leg.

Today’s show is inspired by Christian’s sister, Catherine Dior, known today as the inspiration for “Miss Dior.” I will be portraying Catherine in an upcoming series, The New Look, for AppleTV+. I was badly sunburnt on a recent trip to Melbourne and my tan lines are not giving “Miss Dior.”

I’ve been teaching myself tarot over the last 4 years after my friend, Lowri Roberts, gifted me a deck for my 25th birthday. Christian Dior was a deep believer in tarot, and often had his cards read by Madame Delahaye prior to his shows. It only felt right to do the same today.

I was lucky enough to stay at Le Bristol hotel, which is my favorite in Paris. I had to feature a photo in this elevator, which is truly magnificent. They have a beautiful Burmese cat named Pharaoh who lives here. I look forward to seeing him every time I come back.

The capacity for this venue held what felt like thousands of people. So, although this Vogue feature centers on my experience, it’s important to recognize that I’m literally just one of thousands of people who attended this show. Each person got ready, put on their best outfits, hair, makeup, accessories, put on a big smile, or a serious pout, and came to support Maria Grazia Chiuri and the iconic house Dior.
