Lupita Nyong'o regularly shares behind-the-scenes videos from her workouts on social media, and her latest session is beyond impressive.

In a video posted Monday on her Instagram page, the Black Panther star, 38, is seen putting her balance to the test as she kneels on what appears to be an exercise stability ball (Buy It, $27, amazon.com) from a home gym. "Workout challenge: Start your week off with a 1-minute #GhanaBounce & Balance! @ajebutter22 #bodybossing," Nyong'o captioned the post on Instagram.

At the start of the Instagram clip, N'yongo rolls herself onto the ball with her knees about shoulder-width apart. She then finds her center before straightening herself up to stand on her knees, balancing on the ball. And while this alone is impressive, the Oscar winner's workout is far from finished. Pausing for just a moment, Nyong'o then moves the ball from side to side to the beat of the music, working her core and inner thigh muscles in the process. (ICYMI, Kaley Cuoco also pulled off a stability ball balance challenge)

Although Nyong'o nearly loses her balance at one point during the workout, the actress quickly recovers and immediately flashes a grin at the camera. As the Instagram clip wraps, the Us actress makes it clear that this move is quite the challenge as she takes in a few deep breaths. Finally, she rolls right off the back of the balls and laughs.

Nyongo'o's moves naturally caught Instagram's collective attention, with her famous followers weighing in on her latest workout routine. "DAMN 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾," commented Kerry Washington, while another fan quipped, "Yeah I have no kind of balance like this." (See: Advanced Stability Ball Moves for an Insanely Strong Core)

When it comes to her workouts, Nyong'o's nine million Instagram followers know that she does not mess around. Back in August, the actress shared a social media video of herself working through 50 glute bridges, a move in which you engage your glutes to lifting your hips up towards the ceiling. This exercise not only targets the glutes, but also the hamstrings, core, lower back, abs, obliques, and hip flexors. (See: What's the Difference Between a Glute Bridge and a Hip Thrust)

Nyong'o also documented another one of her workouts on Instagram back in July, in which she held some dumbbells while punching it out. The actress continues to jab while moving to the sounds of Ace of Base's classic single, "The Sign." "Punching through with Ace Of Base #bodybossing," captioned Nyong'o on Instagram at the time.

Nyong'o is currently filming the upcoming blockbuster Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which is due in theaters next year. And while it's unclear if she's putting in time at the gym to prepare for her second turn as Nakia, the actress went through rigorous training for the original Black Panther film, which debuted in 2018. "It meant I had to get into particularly good shape for it, to be able to do the stunts that they were requiring me to do," said Nyong'o to E! News in 2018. That included doing a six-week boot camp in Atlanta, where she focused on learning special skills for six hours a day. "Nakia is a street fighter, so I had jujitsu and capoeira and ring blades," she told The Hollywood Reporter in 2018.

While N'yongo seems impressively strong right now, she shared in June that she was beginning to work out regularly again after taking a break. "Fitness was once my friend. Getting reacquainted and loving it. (But the junk stays in the trunk!)," she captioned an Instagram clip that featured her doing a variety of moves, including squats, lunges, stair runs, and push-ups. Get it!
