Lululemon CEO resigns, GM up on earnings, and Allergan's forecast disappoints

Lululemon (LULU) are shares lower in early trading. Lululemon CEO Laurent Potdevin announced his resignation, after the yoga wear maker said he fell short of the company’s ‘standards of conduct.’

General Motors (GM) shares are lower in midday trading. The automaker announced fourth-quarter earnings today, beating on revenue handily, but announcing it would take a $7.3 billion non-cash charge related to the new U.S. tax laws.

Allergan (AGN) shares are higher today in early trading. The biotech name and Botox maker reported an earnings and revenue beat for the quarter. However, current quarter guidance missed estimates.
