From Cosmopolitan

  • Luke Parker’s family is speaking out in his defense and slamming The Bachelorette.

  • Luke’s brother thinks the show is “opposed to a biblical gospel.”

Luke Parker’s family is finally speaking out, and their attitude is pretty much summed up as NOT TODAY, SATAN. This controversial dude has been dragged for shaming Hannah Brown for having sex during the Fantasy Suites (what happens in a windmill does! not! stay! in! a! windmill!), and his relatives are coming to his defense big-time.

Speaking to The Gainesville Times, which is like the New York Times, only Gainesville, Luke’s brother Mike accused The Bachelorette of being opposed to biblical gospel. “The only thing that’s obvious to me is this show is produced by people who are very much opposed to a biblical gospel,” he said. “And I wholeheartedly believe that from the very beginning of the show, they have meticulously drawn this narrative that Luke’s a liar, that he is a manipulator who, to this point that we are now, no matter what Luke says, no one is going to listen to him.”

Mike went on to accuse Hannah of “arrogantly boasting” about sex (ummm...no, that is not what happened), while his father-in-law, Bucky Kennedy, said the show is “destructive” and a “very manipulated environment.” Like...duh The Bachelorette is manipulated—it’s reality television! Was Luke unaware of that before signing on, or....?

Anyway, this dude is the season’s bad guy whether he likes it or not, so sorry, bye!
