Lori Loughlin will plead not guilty to latest charge in college admissions scandal

Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, were both slapped with a third charge on Oct. 22 in the federal case stemming from the college admissions scandal. Now, in a new filing by their legal team on Friday, they say they plan to plead not guilty to the charge of conspiring "to commit federal program bribery by bribing employees of the University of Southern California (USC) to facilitate their children’s admission."
