Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli Listed Their Bel-Air Home

While they wait for their sentences in the college admissions scandal, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have quietly listed their Bel-Air estate, TMZ reports. Sources close to the couple say that the real estate move isn't necessarily connected to the case, since buying and selling, as well as architecture and remodeling, are things that Giannulli is passionate about.

TMZ notes that the couple bought the house back in 2016 for $13.9 million. In 2017, before the scandal, Loughlin and Giannulli put the house on the market for $35 million, but took the listing down in July 2018. The home boasts 12,000 square feet, six bedrooms, and 9 baths. The sources say that Giannulli is simply ready for a new project, since this home is complete.

The couple has plenty of time to prep for the sale, since they'll be waiting until October for their trial to start. USA Today reports that Loughlin and Giannulli will be among the first parents to be tried at the request of federal prosecutors. U.S. District Judge Nathaniel Gorton, who is handling the case, wants the parents divided into groups to expedite the case.

"The government believes that these groupings, which contemplate that spouses who have been charged together are tried together, will facilitate the efficient presentation of evidence based on the specific conduct in which each of the defendants engaged and the nature of the witnesses and evidence against them," Assistant U.S. Attorney Eric Rosen wrote in a memo.
