Lizzo is calling out body shamers and anyone who criticizes her appearance — all while getting in a good workout.

The “Truth Hurts” singer shared her comments to TikTok on June 9, just days after she posted another viral video that responded to people who use her name as a stand-in for “big girls” on social media.

In the latest clip, the 32-year-old singer shared a series of videos of herself working out, while she spoke to her critics via voiceover.

“If you’re not a fat shamer… keep scrolling… ok now that all the fat shamers are here,” she captioned the video, which earned 2.4 million views in less than a day.

Lizzo explains in the video that she’s been “working out consistently for five years,” although, as she quickly notes, that fact shouldn’t matter to anyone except herself.

“It may come as a surprise to some of y’all, that I’m not working out to have your ideal body type,” she said. “I’m working out to have my ideal body type. And you know what type that is? None of your f****** business.”

The three-time Grammy winner went on to make a broader statement about body shaming in general.

“Because I am beautiful, I am strong, I do my job, and I stay on my job,” she said. “So the next time you want to come to somebody and judge them, whether they drink kale smoothies or eat McDonald’s … how about you look at your own f****** self and worry about your own goddamn body, because health is not just determined on what you look like on the outside.”

Lizzo’s video went viral on both TikTok and Twitter, with thousands of commenters pouring in support for both the singer and her words.

“Louder for the people in the back,” one TikTok user wrote.

“And that’s on a strong independent women who loves herself,” another added.

“WE STAN A WOMEN WHO LOVES HERSELF,” another added.
