Lizzo is always outspoken when it comes to addressing topics like body-image and acceptance, so it's unsurprising that the singer just spoke some major facts once again on TikTok.

The 32-year-old took to the platform to talk about something that has seemingly been on her mind for a bit. "I just wanted to say I’ve seen a few of these videos about, you know, fat girls who eat healthy and stay active but can’t seem to lose weight," she said, explaining that she thinks those videos are important, "just to show that every single body is different and how it functions is different."

"What really bothers me are the fake doctors in the comments saying, 'Oh, you have this' or 'You might have this condition,'" she continued. "No. What if I’m just fat? What if this is just my body?"

Lizzo explained that "bodies are not all designed to be slim with a six-pack." She ended the video by saying, "So if your feeling down on yourself today just remember that your body is your body, nobody's got your body, so enjoy that b*tch."

In a follow-up video, Lizzo busted out a hot new track that, honestly, has potential to be the song of the summer.

This is far from the first time Lizzo has spoken out about body image. In June 2020 she made a video telling people not to judge others' bodies.

"I've been working out consistently for the past five years and it come as a surprise to some of y'all that I'm not working out to have your ideal body type, I'm working out to have my ideal body type," she said. "And you know type that is? None of your f*cking business. Because I am beautiful, I am strong, I do my job, and I stay on my job."

Yes, Lizzo! Tell 'em.
