Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are selling off ahead of tonight’s State of the Union address by President Trump and as the Federal Reserve begins its two-day monetary policy meeting. The health care (XLV) and energy (XLE) sectors are the most in the red, while the utilities (XLU) is the only sector holding onto some green. Joining us live from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange to talk markets is Keith Bliss of Cuttone and Company.
