I Live in L.A., But I'm Heading to Snow After Seeing Free People's Winter Line

As I write this, the sun is shining bright, and I'm wearing shorts because it was a moderate 70 degrees outside while I walked my dog. And with that, I can say not even the giant Christmas tree in my living room can make me feel like it's December right now. I'm craving cold weather and winter vibes, and now that I've seen Free People's winter collection, I'm dreaming of snow, too. From dare I say cute snow clothes and accessories to giant teddy coats and super-cozy loungewear, the retailer has everything anyone would need to create all the looks required for a trip to the snow. Since I already shopped out these enviable looks, I'm leaving them here for you while I go find a cabin to rent for the rest of winter.

Monochrome FP Movement 'Fit

It's already a fun idea to get super matchy with your athleticwear, but a head-to-toe monochromatic look in the snow really makes your outfit sing.

FP Movement Hit the Slopes Fleece Jacket ($148)

FP Movement Featherweight Long-Sleeve ($60)

FP Movement Ultra High-Rise Extra Long Good Times Leggings ($98)

FP Movement Penelope Packable Puffa Scarf ($48)

Oakley Flight Deck XM Goggles ($200)

Danner Cascade Mountain Hiker Boots ($360)

Head-to-Toe Snow Gear

Aforementioned cute snow clothes here. I don't know about you, but I remember the days of wearing bulky, less-than-flattering snow gear to my ski lessons. Oh, how times have changed.

Holden Sadie Bib Pants ($550)

FP Movement Just Flurries Long-Sleeve Baselayer ($98)

FP Movement Just Flurries Leggings ($118)

Fire+Ice Bogner Palina Gloves ($190)

Oakley Flight Tracker Xm Goggles ($160)

Casual Mountain Town Look

This coat has the magical power of being as comfy as a robe while also being cute enough to turn this casual jeans-and-sweater outfit into a statement. Just wait until you see the boots.

Free People Irresistable Teddy Cardi ($198)

Free People Elias Cashmere V Sweater ($148)

Free People Vixen Jeans ($98)

FP Collection Brayden Western Boots ($298)

American Needle Ski Patrol Patched Baseball Hat ($30)

Warm and Cozy Loungewear

It's never a bad idea to go full monochrome with loungewear either. This all-white ensemble looks extra chic because of the various knit and fuzzy textures. Now I know my New Year's Eve will entail this outfit, a comparable fireplace, and a really good book.

FP Beach Walk About Maxi Dress ($78)

Free People Hailee Sweater Set ($128)

Free People Cloud Rib Blanket Scarf ($48)

Lamo Sheepskin, Inc. Easy Livin Slide Slippers ($58)

Wigwam Numero Uno Crew Sock ($14)
