'You Little Rascal': Intrigued Bear Shooed From Colorado Porch

A bear was reluctant to leave a family porch after being shooed away multiple times in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, on June 8.

Robin Craigen recorded this video that shows him knocking on his glass door repeatedly and telling to the bear, named Scallywag, to get away from his porch.

“You little rascal”, Craigen said in the video. Despite Craigen’s orders, the bear determines to stay on his porch.

Craigen told Storyful that Scallywag was a repeat visitor. “He is a hungry little bear who needs to be up in the woods and away from homes and people,” Craigen said. Credit: Robin Craigen via Storyful
