With Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards each expecting their first child, the girls coordinated their outfits with Jade Thirlwall and wore matching white gowns to the 2021 BRIT Awards. Pinnock went for a semi-sheer gown by Maison Margiela, Edwards wore a coordinated set by David Koma, and Thirlwall completed the trio in a gorgeous Vivienne Westwood gown.

"We're gonna form a mini group," Edwards joked about her baby bump with host AJ Odudu on the BRIT Awards red carpet live stream. After being asked which designers each Little Mixer was wearing, Pinnock said, "I'm wearing Margiela", Thirlwall added, "I'm wearing Vivienne Westwood, darling!", and Edwards laughed and said "I'm wearing white." To which Odudu noted, "You're giving me angelic, purity vibes", and Thirlwall commented "That's us, pure and simple."

Edwards's white David Koma matching set featured a spaghetti strap bralette with a tiered maxi skirt from the brand's spring 2021 ready-to-wear collection. Thirlwall wore a white strapless Vivienne Westwood gown with a charm necklace by Bleue Burnham and Palm Angels. And Leigh-Anne Pinnock arrived on the red carpet in a white ruched Maison Margiela semi-sheer tulle dress.
