Lindsey Vonn's Toned Butt, Six Pack Abs Are A Legit Work Of Art In New Bikini Pics

Lindsey Vonn, 36, is still very much "in the mix" in retirement. As the most decorated female alpine skier in the world, she definitely knows how to celebrate a win. She proved it with a series of bikini photos chronicling her birthday beach trip on Instagram.

In the new photos, Lindsey's wearing a golden bandeau bikini on a sandy beach with turquoise water as far as the eye can see. Fans and followers weren't looking at the ocean view, though. Lindsey's looking super strong from head to toe and all angles. (Hello six-pack and seriously sculpted booty!)

The Olympian added a quick caption: "36 and still in the mix! Thank you to everyone who sent me birthday wishes. 🙏🏻❤️" About those birthday wishes, they came in from all kinds of impressive athletes, Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim, ballerina Misty Copeland, and the entire US Ski Team, NBD. Lindsey also received compliments on her toned bod: "Powerhouse," "❤️🔥💪," and "🍑🍑🍑💣."

After an action-packed snorkeling and fishing vacay, Lindsey added one more parting shot as a farewell to the beach and wrote: "Until next time Bahamas... 👋🏻 #sadtoleave #nofilter"

And a Chicago-based artist saw her photo, sketched Lindsey on the spot, and shared it on Instagram.

The sketch took 15 minutes, but Lindsey's workout routine to sculpt her inspiring bod involves a lot more time. Her sweat seshes are as intense as ever, and she shares tons of BTS workouts on Instagram stories. Turns out, she's a fan of lunges and lower-body moves using gliders as well as planks with resistance bands for at-home workouts.

Lindsey's vacay prep included sessions with celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson. She did cardio on Jacobs Ladder, leg presses, and more. She makes some tough total-body strength moves look like a breeze. Her six pack is the result of weighted abs moves that look so hard, fans assumed she's training for a comeback. Her reply: "👀"

Lindsey sticks to a strict diet, too. She and her fiancé, NHL hockey star P.K. Subban, work with celebrity nutritionist Phil Goglia (he appeared on Revenge Body). They use a meal delivery service to keep their eats pretty healthy and predictable. "P.K. is very strict with his diet because he's still competing, so I just tag along," she previously told Women's Health.

"If left to my own devices, I’d probably have mac and cheese and pasta and cereal," Lindsey adds. "I need everything to be laid out for me, otherwise I divert quickly."
