Lindsey Vonn spent last weekend in Miami at the Formula One Miami Grand Prix race, and she looked stunning. The former Olympic alpine skier, 38, wore a super-chic, cream-colored cropped turtleneck by Off-White with matching high-waisted pants to the event, and the whole thing showcased her completely chiseled abs. In other pics, she opted for another abs-bearing ensemble, complete with a bandeau top and wide leg cargo pants.

"Miami F1 photo dump pt. 1 🏎️ 💨 🌴@redbull @redbullracing," she captioned the pics. And her fans were *all* about it. "All your workouts paid off-you look fab! Congrats! You always did but it sure is showing," one of her followers commented. And Lindsey replied, "Have to put in the work!"

Sports journalist Cari Champion commented, "Don’t hurt em," while female ice hockey player Blake Bolden added, "Looking soooo fit girl 💪🏾."

Lindsey does not mess around when it comes to her gym workouts. She previously told WH, "I just like pushing myself ... I like feeling strong, and when I feel physically strong, I feel so much more mentally strong. When I work out, I feel like I'm healthier and more confident. I've achieved something, no matter how small."

Last month, Lindsey shared a video of an intense gym workout she got in while on vacation, which included moves like battle ropes, medicine ball Russian twists, weighted squats, weighted single leg deadlifts and more. (PHEW!)

"On vacation taking time for me…which means taking care of my body as well as my mind," she wrote in the video's caption.

In another IG post, Lindsey shared an equally tough gym workout she got in last month. The sweat sesh included more diverse strength moves, like elevated and weighted single-leg lunges, kettlebell work, lateral box jumps and more.

"Prepping for the last few days of winter like… 💪🏻 ⛷️ #LFG," she captioned the video.

At times, Lindsey works with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, who put her through a grueling high-rep workout last year.

And of course, she still makes time to get out active out on the ski slopes.

The Olympian credits working out with helping her stay mentally healthy. “Exercise is one of the most important things in my life,” she told WH. “That's always the best way to start my day. I just am more productive and more positive, in a much better mental headspace.”

Of course, with all that working out, you need to make sure you're fueled up with good food. Lindsey knows the deal, and her diet is focused on balance. “I treat myself whenever I feel like I need to. Since I’m not competing anymore I feel like I can let loose a little bit," she tells WH.

Fun fact: To keep her portions and ingredients in check, she prefers to use meal delivery services. “If left to my own devices, I’d probably have mac and cheese and pasta and cereal. I need everything to be laid out for me, otherwise I divert quickly," Lindsey said.

One of her fave foods? Banana bread. Lindsey told Delish that she "won the Olympics on banana bread and salmon."

And don't worry, Lindsey definitely saves room for dessert. "Ice cream is always my favorite indulgence. If there's one thing that I could eat forever and ever, it would be ice cream. I would say preferably froyo," she told Delish. "I can't help myself. I'm not competing anymore so I get to treat myself, because I was competing for 20 years."

So good, Lindsay!
