  • To stay in such amazing shape, Lily works out every morning and uses her bike to get around town.

Actress Lily James looked amazing on the red carpet for the premiere of her new Hulu show, Pam & Tommy. And by amazing, I mean outrageously gorgeous. The 31-year-old actress rocked a sparkly cutout minidress by Versace that showed off her toned legs and abs.

"@pamandtommyonhulu 2nd Feb @versace this outfit is everything I could wish for and a whole lot more 🔮 @rebeccacorbinmurray @ninapark @officialdanilohair thank you so much, lucky to have you :)," she captioned the pics.

Of course, all her A-list pals couldn't get enough: "Woahhhh🔥❤️🔥❤️," Emily in Paris star Lily Collins commented. "Body 😍," wrote actress Chaley Rose. "🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥," said celebrity makeup artist Naoko Scintu.

As all the photos indicate, Lily is in amazing shape. She's been vocal about her routine before and mentioned that morning workouts are her jam. "I have found that starting my day with exercise is the key. When I work out regularly, I immediately feel the benefits," she shared with Shape a few months into the pandemic. "It's exciting to be empowered by that, and it turns into a domino effect. Naturally, I start eating better and stop drinking so much wine. Then I feel more energized in the morning to work out again."

Specifically, Lily likes to use her bike to get around town and do dance classes: "In lockdown, I had to make exercising fun; otherwise I would lose interest. I switched up my normal yoga and Pilates for daily dance classes with the Formation Studios," she said. "I also just started cycling again. I cycled everywhere when I moved to London until my bike got stolen...recently, I got my bike back and that's been such a gift."

To get ready for various roles, Lily worked with personal trainer James Farber, who helped her prep for Mamma Mia 2 and Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. For that role, Lily told Vogue, "He had me whacking baseball bats against punching bags and working on my coordination, and then I started doing boxing, which was really useful. He even had me pushing his car around the car park where I live! The exercises are not only really hard, but they’re also very inventive and fun."

As for her diet, Lily likes to cook for herself using veggies she grew herself: "Toward the beginning of lockdown, I was cooking all the time," she told Shape. "I learned new recipes using fresh vegetables from my garden, such as veggie sweet potato chili, stews, and ratatouille."

Get it, Lily!
