In April, Leighton was seen walking around town, and E! News reported that she "appears to confirm she’s pregnant."

Leighton and Adam are usually super private about their personal life, but according to The Sun, Adam shared a family update on Hold the Phone TV's The Fun Time Boys Game Night Spectacular on the Twitch streaming platform. Reportedly, at some point during the show, someone brought up Adam's family. He responded, "I have a new...yeah, since last I played I have a new kid." He added that Leighton had "a boy and he's a dream, he's a dream boy." So cute!
Leighton hasn't confirmed the news herself just yet, but honestly, she probably won't any time soon. When it first became apparent that she was pregnant, Leighton and Adam didn't announce the news. Instead, paparazzi caught her going for a walk, and E! News reported that she "appears to confirm she’s pregnant."
Talking to Refinery29, Leighton once revealed why she doesn't speak about her family to the public. She explained:
"I don’t talk about [our daughter] Arlo very much. I am very proud of that area of my life. But I’m also really proud of the show and the work I do. I think the perception is: You’re an ingenue or you’re an icon or you’re a mom. There’s no in-between."
Adam didn't reveal anything more about their new addition, but their first few days are clearly going super well judging by him calling their son "a dream boy."
