Leaving Netflix in July 2018: These Movies and TV Shows Are No Longer Cool for the Summer
If I had my way, I'd watch Hilary Duff's seminal classic A Cinderella Story every day. And with Netflix, I had that possibility. The movie's been available for streaming on Netflix for a while now, but the gravy train is about to end. That's right: A Cinderella Story is leaving Netflix streaming at the end of July. This is more devastating than the time Sam's evil stepmother (Jennifer Coolidge) forged a Princeton rejection letter and gave it to her. Remember that? And those weird, warm cookies she offered Sam as a consolation? What a monster! (But also: what a performance. Jennifer Coolidge is supremely underrated.)
Also monstrous is the fact that Bring It On—and its many, many sequels—is leaving streaming in July. What, is Netflix trying to erase all traces of my youth?! What am I going to watch now?
Here are the other movies and TV shows Netflix is axing in July. Get them in now while you can.
