Lea Michele is working on doing better after her recent Glee cast mates called her out on social media for her behavior on set.

According to Page Six, Lea has been working on trying to patch things up between her and her ex co-stars now that they've started to talk about her time on set and how she made them feel over the years.

"She’s had a real wake-up call. It’s never easy to hear people speak about you this way. It’s a total shock," a source told Page Six.

Another source alleged that while Lea was not the best person to work with, she is working on making things better.

"Lea was a b*tch to a lot of people who are now taking the opportunity to come forward," said another source. "She may not be the nicest person, but she’s not racist, sexist or transphobic. I would say she has behavioral issues that she’s dealing with."

After posting a tweet in support of Black Lives Matter, many of Lea’s former Glee cast members decided to speak out against her, especially due to some of her behavior against Black co-stars. Samantha Ware was the first to call her out, with many others siding with her and confirming Samantha's story.

Lea posted an apology a few days later, saying that she doesn't remember some of the instances that happened on set. But it looks like she's ready to make some changes.

"She is listening, she hears what everyone says and wants to apologize," the second source continued. "This is her past and she wants to handle things responsibly."

Lea has remained quiet since releasing her last statement.
