It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen Lay’s Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Popper Flavored chips. They were first released in 2017 and have been available a couple of times since then for a short time. Frito-Lay has brought them back yet again, this January — just in time to be part of your Super Bowl party.

A typical jalapeño popper consists of the pepper that’s been hollowed out and stuffed with a mixture of cheese and spices, and breaded and deep-fried. Lay’s has taken those elements into the chip (plus the bacon component!) by making a cheesy, salty, and spicy chip to taste like the appetizer. Better yet, there’s no cooking involved.

The Lay’s Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Popper Flavored chips are available now at select locations in 7.75-ounce bags for a suggested retail price of $3.79, a PR rep told Best Products. It hasn’t yet been specified which stores you can find them in, so you’ll have to keep your eyes on the snack aisle in every store you visit.

Just like with its previous releases, the bacon-wrapped jalapeño popper flavor will only be around for a limited time. If that doesn’t convince you to snag a couple bags, we don’t know what will.
