On Thursday morning, Brett McMurphy reported that the Las Vegas Bowl will move from Sam Boyd Stadium to the city’s new NFL stadium once the next NCAA bowl cycle begins in 2020. That venue will be occupied by the Raiders when they move from Oakland.
fran: A common sense approach would be that while incarcerated and under probation, voting rights would be suspended as part of the exclusion for civil society. Upon completion of sentence and probation, all rights should be restored assuming the debt to society has been paid. At that point, a person should be able to rejoin society completely. We seem to have way too many caveats regarding a persons rights. I think the same for the declaration of adulthood. When a person is an adult, they have full adult rights; military, tobacco, firearms, driving, alcohol, marriage. If a person isn't mature enough for one of these things, they're not adults and should have across the board adolescent status.
