Amidst the cheers and boos of the introductions prior to the puck drop of the 2020 NHL All-Star Game, St. Louis Blues superfan and inspiration, Laila Anderson, was able to provide her own kind of gusto to the event.

A petition has been started for Laila to introduce the Blues every single game.

Just months after celebrating a Stanley Cup victory on the ice with the champions, she has been with the team every step up the way since their historic postseason run.

Laila drew inspiration from the Blues while battling a rare autoimmune disease called hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) and was in turn, an inspiration for the eventual Stanley Cup winners.

The 11-year-old received a bone marrow donation to help her journey to full recovery and was even able to meet her donor at a game earlier this season.

The Blues are currently sitting at the top of the Central Division with a 30-11-8 record.
