Lady Gaga, 35, Flexes Her Totally Toned Legs On 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!'

  • The 35-year-old Grammy Award-winning singer recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! wearing the most fantastic Christian Siriano dress. And wow, she’s got seriously toned legs for days!

  • She stays in shape by regularly doing hot yoga, resistance training, and Pilates.


Lady Gaga just went on Jimmy Kimmel Live. And she showed up in an LBD that made it clear she's been working hard at the gym lately. The black tube Christian Siriano dress featured super cool sheer bell sleeves—and Gaga accessorized the whole thing with black pumps, sunglasses, toned legs, and strong shoulders.

Of course, the 35-year-old Grammy winner didn’t get those legs by accident. She works her way through a ton of different workouts, including yoga to get all-over tone. Lady Gaga started taking hot yoga classes in 2004 while she was still a student at NYU, her then-teacher Tricia Donegan told the New York Times. Clearly she’s kept up her practice:

While she gets a lot of her cardio from practicing and performing, Gaga is also big into Pilates and she throws in 35-minutes of resistance training workouts to balance things out. Her trainer, Harley Pasternak, told Us Weekly that they tend to zero in on moves that work Gaga’s abs, including bicycle crunches (she likes to do six sets of 20 reps). “They train her abs from every direction,” Pasternak said.

Pasternak also told Us Weekly that they focus on Gaga’s legs, too (because, of course). That includes having Gaga do moves like working through six sets of 20 reverse lunges while holding a 10-pound weight in each hand. She’ll also do skater lunges and overhead dumbbell triceps extensions. "She used to have very little muscle tone, but we firmed her up,” he said.

Finally, Gaga is just really, really active. She’s shared Instagrams that show her swimming, rock climbing, horseback riding—a little of everything. Get it!
