Kylie Jenner Posted a Rare Makeup-Free, Pre-Glam Photo
Kylie Jenner, who became an almost-billionaire by owning a makeup company, doesn't often post photos of herself without any products on. But yesterday, she showed just how much makeup changes her look by sharing a before and after makeup photo. Jenner of course used Kylie Cosmetics products to give herself a bronzy, summery look.

And here she is after, all made up and ready for another dinner out at Nobu Malibu or a similar L.A. location that is still open and offers outdoor seating amid the city's coronavirus case surge:
Jenner hasn't been the best about following California's coronavirus guidelines. Jenner just got back from a birthday vacation she took to Turks and Caicos with her sister Kendall Jenner and friend Anastasia Karanikolaou. She has been photographed out twice in the last couple days, so she isn't exactly self-quarantining post-travel.
California has been under a non-essential travel ban for months—one Jenner broke before in June to go to Wyoming for North West's birthday celebration and again in July to go to Utah on vacation with her friends.
The state's current guidance says, "You can travel for urgent matters or if such travel is essential to your permitted work. Even though businesses around the state are opening up, avoid traveling long distances for vacations or pleasure as much as possible. This is to slow the spread of the coronavirus." Turks and Caicos is the furtherest trip she has taken: It's an over nine hour flight from Los Angeles.
