Kylie Jenner just revealed she was almost called something else

Can you imagine a world without the Kardashian-Jenner clan? Nope, we can't either. While the famous family were obviously destined for greatness (thanks Kris Jenner), it was recently revealed that the momager almost made a choice that would have literally changed the course of history - or the beauty industry, at least.

Yep, the youngest of the sisters, Kylie, just candidly revealed that she was nearly called something else. And for someone whose name has *always* been the most integral part of her brand identity (hello? There's probably not a person on the planet who hasn't heard of Kylie Cosmetics), it's hard to come to terms with the fact that one simple decision could have changed pop culture.

In a recent TikTok video posted by the beauty mogul and captioned: "doesn’t hit the same", the 25-year-old is seen snuggling up to her daughter Stormi as the words "my name is Kylie but it was almost..." flash across the screen. After a few seconds, the shot shifts to classic glammed-up Kylie, but instead, with the name Kennedy written over it.

Of course, we were obviously expecting something with a "K." Kris Jenner's had marketing on the brain since 1979 when she started the trend with Kourtney, but with Kylie being so synonymous with the reality star, it's hard to picture her being called anything other than that.

Some fans were into the name though, as one user wrote: "OK but Kendall and Kennedy go really well together," and another said: "KENNEDY WAS LITERALLY THE PERFECT NAME FOR YOU."

However, others were quick to point out that 'Kennedy Cosmetics' just doesn't have the same ring to it, and that Kris and Caitlyn Jenner made the right choice in the end. "Imagine Kennedy cosmetics 😭" one fan wrote, as another joked: "Lmaoooo the ‘Kennedy’ lip kit💀"

And come to think of it, the Jenner sibs can't both be called Kenny, so all's well that ends well, eh?
