Kylie Jenner Is Ending the Year With Bedazzled Baby Hairs

If you thought Kylie Jenner's super-glitzy Christmas party look was the last act of gussying up we'd see from the makeup mogul before New Year's Eve, you clearly don't know Kylie Jenner very well. On Friday night, she got together with best friend Anastasia "Stassie" Karanikolaou for an impromptu modeling session on Instagram that marks one of the pair's swankiest set of twinning photos yet.

In the photos posted to both of their Instagram grids, they're wearing matching patent leather trench coats with (hopefully faux) fur trim. Karanikolaou's was orange and Jenner's was light blue, which — and I say this with utmost reverence — calls to mind Dumb and Dumber's tuxedo-clad Harry and Lloyd, except significantly more glamorous and shiny. Jenner even tagged the specific lip gloss she was wearing: Kylie Cosmetics High Gloss in Snatched.

But the real standout element of the gals' beauty look is the hair; both have it pulled tightly back in mid-height buns, and their baby hairs have been intricately sculpted in precise waves and curls along the hairline and temple.

There was a finishing touch that didn't make it onto the grid, though. In Jenner's Instagram Stories a couple hours after the photos were posted, she shared a closeup shot of her hairline. In it, we see not only restyled baby hairs — instead of the waves seen on her in the original photos, they now have a perfect little curl — but also three diamond-like gems placed carefully along the hair's curve. She didn't provide any details about how the look was achieved (perhaps they're rhinestones secured with eyelash glue?), but it definitely gives us some ideas for our own New Year's Eve looks.

If this is how Jenner dresses up and does her hair for a normal Friday night hanging out with a friend, we can't wait to see how she decides to style herself to ring in the new year.
