In life, there’s regular old ice cream, and then there’s ice cream that sounds so good that it will make your jaw drop. We've found that in Kroger’s latest offering. It’s called White Chocolate Cherry Rum and, well, just let that goodness sink in for a moment.

Instagram account @CandyHunting has the lowdown on the new treat. “Kroger has new White Chocolate Cherry Rum ice cream under its Private Selection brand! This is just starting to hit shelves now,” they wrote alongside a photo of the new ice cream.

Here’s what we know about the dessert right now: The treat also has cherry chunks and a kind of cherry gelée swirled into the ice cream, along with actual white chocolate flakes sprinkled throughout. Oh, and while it’s rolling out at Kroger stores, you can also find it at Food4Less right now.

The possibilities for this one are pretty mind-blowing. You can have a scoop with a rum cocktail or bake a rum cake and serve it up with some White Chocolate Cherry Rum on the side. Or you can have your White Chocolate Cherry Rum ice cream with some chopped up fresh cherries on top. Either way, White Chocolate Cherry Rum ice cream + anything is a dessert I want to be eating.
