Kristin Cavallari And Her Epic Abs Are Total Vacay Vibes In This Bikini Selfie

  • The actress, 35, posted an Instagram photo from the Hamptons while wearing a cute little bikini, and her rock-hard abs and toned legs took center stage.

  • Kristin has been working on strength training and building muscle with her trainer, and she says she's never felt better or stronger!


Summer may have officially just begun, but Kristin Cavallari has been rocking bikinis all year long. (Example A, example B and example C.) In a new Instagram post, the 35-year-old Laguna Beach alum is super strong (I mean, those abs, girl!) while taking a mirror selfie during a recent trip to the Hamptons. In the pic, she rocked a cute, strappy bikini with a keyhole top by FELLA.

Kristin is feeling stronger and better than ever, so it makes sense her fans were gassing her up in the comments on the post. "You kidding me girl 🔥," one person commented. "BOD GOALS 🔥🔥🔥🔥," another wrote.

The mom of three (yes, she has three sons with her ex-husband Jay Cutler) recently opened up to Us Weekly about her changing body and mindset when it comes to her workouts.

“I’ve put on a lot of weight in the last few years, but in a good way,” she said.

Kristin shared that while looking back at old pics of herself, she was “shocked at how thin” she’d been for a while. “I didn’t realize it at the time, how thin I was. So I’m happy that I’ve put on weight,” she added.

To put on that muscle, Kristin told the outlet that she works out with a personal trainer three times a week. “He kicks my ass. He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life,” she said. “I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She also added that she doesn't step on the scale. "I can tell how my clothes fit me," she said. And when she's not working out with her trainer at the gym, Kristin still keeps moving. Sometimes that includes bike rides with friends:

As for her diet, Kristin told Us Weekly in 2021 that she doesn't stick to a specific plan, but eats foods that are “as close to as its natural state” whenever she can. “The way I eat is a lifestyle,” she said. “Organic as often as possible, tons of veggies, meat, nuts and seeds, complex carbs like buckwheat soba noodles, berries, tons of fat — I even eat butter.”

Kristin also shared some of her favorite meals. For breakfast, it's scrambled eggs with goat cheese, avocado and sautéed spinach. Lunch is a big salad, and dinner is usually enchilada casseroles, burrito bowls and poké bowls. “My kids love pasta,” she told the outlet. “We use brown rice noodles or lentil noodles.”

Oh, and she loves a cold glass of rosé.
