Kristin Cavallari is proud of her body.

The 36-year-old mother of three, who has been traveling around Europe and is currently in Sweden, just dropped an Instagram carousel that features two photos of herself in a black string bikini. The Back to the Beach podcaster captioned the post, "...but she's a mother."

Followers loved the image. One wrote, “Maybe she's born with it. Maybe she's Kristin Cavallari,” while another added, “Love this! The amount of times mothers get crap for wanting to be themselves is awful. You look amazing and happy and that’s what matters."

The reference to motherhood appears to be a nod to a previous Instagram message Cavallari shared with her fans. In 2022, she posted a photo of herself overlooking the beach, rocking a black two-piece.

"I've been sitting on this picture for a few days going back and forth on if I should post it or not," she captioned the post. "Ultimately I decided to [because] I've come a long way from a few years ago and I’m really proud of the progress I've made. I don't even recognize the girl in those other 2 photos..and no, I never had an eating disorder..that was purely stress."

Cavallari, who shares three children with her ex-husband Jay Cutler, added, "I work out really hard and am dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and I think just because I'm a mom doesn’t mean I can't be proud of my body and be comfortable in my skin. So, here ya go."

The Hills alum also spoke out last year about feeling more comfortable with herself. In a June 2022 interview with Us Weekly, she said she had started a fitness journey with a personal trainer in order to put on more muscle. She explained, "I didn't realize it at the time, how thin I was. So I'm happy that I've put on weight."

Cavallari, who said her trainer has her lifting the "heaviest weights" she has in her life, added, "I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I'm the strongest I've ever been."
