Kristen Stewart Might Just Get Married This Weekend

Wedding bells may be ringing for Kristen Stewart and her fiancée, Dylan Meyer, as soon as this weekend.

The Spencer star announced the possibility of eloping with Meyer, a screenwriter she has been linked to since 2019, while speaking with Stephen Colbert on The Late Show.

"I want to have a big party or something. I'm so unceremonial," she explained to Colbert. "I think we might just go do it this weekend or something. I don't know. And then just hang out with everyone afterwards."

She added, "I just want to do it. I'm not a good planner. I can't make plans for dinner."

The couple was first photographed in August of 2019. A few months later in November, Stewart told Howard Stern that she "can't fucking wait" to propose to her girlfriend.

"Yeah, I want to be, like, somewhat reasonable about it, but I think good things happen fast," she told the radio personality then. "The day that I met her, all bets were off. … The first time I told her I loved her, it was really late, we were in some shitty bar, and her friends were there or whatever, and they walked out, and I was just like, 'Oh, man, I'm so fucking in love with you.' Done."

Two years later, in November of 2021, Stewart confirmed their engagement in another appearance on The Howard Stern Show.

"We're marrying, we're totally gonna do it," the Twilight alum said, per E! News. "I wanted to be proposed to, so I think I very distinctly carved out what I wanted and she nailed it. We're marrying, it's happening."
