Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker Got All Dressed Up to Make Out at the 2022 Met Gala

Fresh off their Italian vacation, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker flew back to New York City for their first-ever Met Gala together. Ever punk-rock, the couple put their own signature style spin on the night's Gilded Glamour theme. Kardashian wore a white collared crop top with a black skirt. Barker stepped out in a black suit.
The couple went all out kissing in front of photographers. Kardashian and Barker made out at the Oscars and Grammys, so PDA like this is pretty routine for them.
Kardashian and Barker's Met date night comes after the two did a practice wedding in Las Vegas after the Grammys. Reports initially suggested they really got married, but Kardashian clarified on her Instagram that she and Barker did not have a marriage license.
“Found these in my camera roll,” Kardashian wrote. “Once upon a time in a land far, far away (Las Vegas) at 2am, after an epic night and a little tequila, a queen and her handsome king ventured out to the only open chapel with an Elvis and got married (with no license). Practice makes perfect.”
The family's new Hulu reality show, The Kardashians, is set to detail what happened behind the scenes of Barker's October proposal to Kardashian in this week's episode. The couple has also talked about their fertility journey in the series as they attempt to have a child together.
A source told People last week that Kardashian and Barker have been trying to have a baby for much longer than fans know. “[They] decided to try and get pregnant after they had dated for a few months,” the source said, noting they started the in vitro fertilization (IVF) process “last summer.”
“It's been an emotional rollercoaster,” the source added. “They never expected it to be as hard as it's been. It's been especially difficult for Kourtney. They still would love to have a baby. Travis is not putting any pressure on Kourtney though. He just wants her to be happy and healthy.”
