In the new Keeping Up With The Kardashians: Reunion trailer, Kourtney Kardashian reveals the real reason why she isn't with Scott Disick.

The pair were together on and off from 2006 for almost a decade, calling it quits in 2015 when he was spotted looking flirty with another woman on holiday. They share three children - Mason, 11, Penelope, 8 and Reign, 6.

Fans and the Kardashian-Jenners alike have always held a flame to the idea that the pair might get back together, with Kris Jenner most recently admitting she hoped Kourtney would get back with the father of her children.

But a glimpse at the KUWTK: Reunion trailer, which involves the family sitting down with Andy Cohen to go over their highs and lows, reveals Kourtney's real reason for calling things off.

First, Andy asked the former couple if they thought their relationship might've turned out differently if they didn't share so much on the show. "Probably," Kourtney admitted, before adding that "the substance abuse was the dealbreaker."

Scott agreed, "I was pretty irresponsible."

Back in 2015, Scott checked into rehab in Costa Rica, releasing a statement at the time which read (via TMZ): "I realise my issues are bigger than me and I'm ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle." E! reported Scott had gone to rehab for alcohol and drug related issues.

Now, Scott is dating Amelia Hamlin, while Kourtney is with Blink-182's Travis Barker.

Cosmopolitan UK's July/August issue is on sale on 10th June and available for purchase online.
