The whole delightfully weird display of bromance went down earlier in the week, when KJ took to IG Stories to offer his followers a chance to bid on his Riverdale co-star’s eye masks. “What's going on everyone? I have Cole Sprouse's under-eye suctions, de-puffers,” the actor declared, searching for the right adjective to really drive his sale home. “I'm looking for at least 100, 200 bucks. If you can, just give me a DM, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.”
Not one to mislead his fans, KJ then provided “proof” that the masks still work, sticking them onto his own face. (So, just to keep track, they’ve been used by both Cole and KJ at this point. Cool, cool.) “They still smell like him too, which is nice for you guys. That’ll be another 50 bucks for that actually,” KJ declared. “So they still work, they're still nice and cold, too.”
We’re not sure how many fans raced into KJ’s DMs for a chance to own Cole’s eye masks, but the actor soon came back to provide an update on the lucky winner. “Congrats @uncle_jezzy!!” KJ wrote in a post on his grid, shouting out the Stranger Things actor. “$180 for both eye suctioners!” (They’re masks, KJ, they’re masks!) “Congrats and enjoy!”
Joe appeared to be pretty psyched about the deal, as he commented: “Hey man thanks so much can’t wait to try them out.” Fans of all three actors seemingly found the entire exchange hilarious, as KJ’s follow-up post was soon filled with laughing-crying emojis.
No word yet on what Cole thinks about the sale, but we wouldn’t be surprised if the entire thing was his idea. Not gonna lie, we’re living for this heart-warming and weird friendship — here’s hoping Joe shares a selfie rocking the “eye suctioners” ASAP!
