Kit Harington and Rose Leslie Are Married
It's official: Kit Harington and Rose Leslie are married, and their wedding was what Pinterest dreams are made of.
As noted by Glamour, the Game of Thrones stars tied the knot on June 23 in Scotland, and exchanged vows in front of their closest loved ones — including plenty of their costars.
The pictures, which soon made the rounds on social media, showcased Kit's sophisticated suit, along with Rose's gorgeous Elie Saab gown, complete with sheer long sleeves. Right as they said their "I do"'s, the happy couple was showered with handfuls of baby's breath, which stuck to their hair like snow (cue all the "Winter is coming" jokes imaginable).
Fans expressed their excitement for the couple online, with one person calling it "the royal wedding I want to see." Another fan from Scotland noted that the "entire Game of Thrones cast" was in town for the event, while someone else simply wrote: "I'M NOT CRYING, YOU ARE."
Kit and Rose have been officially dating since 2016, and they often kept their public appearances to a minimum (which is why it was so exciting any time fans spotted them doing a rare red carpet walk together). Needless to say, their wedding is certainly one for the history books (and it had a much happier ending than a certain wedding from the Game of Thrones universe). Congrats to Kit and Rose!
