Kit Harington and Rose Leslie Got Married and, Yes, the Game of Thrones Cast Was There

The actor married his one-time “Game of Thrones” co-star Rose Leslie in Scotland.

Once Game of Thrones co-stars, Kit Harington and Rose Leslie found love behind-the-scenes of the hit TV series, they got engaged in September of last year. Today, they officially tied the knot.

The happy couple wed at the Rayne Church in the village of Kirkton of Rayne, located in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. (Rose wore a long-sleeved lace dress with a veil, while Harington looked dapper in a three-piece suit.) The event proved to be quite the star-studded event, with many of their Game of Thrones cast members showing up to honor the celebration.

Co-stars Emilia Clarke, Peter Dinklage, Sophie Turner, and Maisie Williams were all in attendance at the wedding (which is an ironic mashup if you consider the dynamics of their characters on the show). Actress Malin Akerman was also there.

As the couple exited the church, guests showered the newlyweds with rice in true wedding tradition. Later today, the wedding reception is set to be held at the Wardhill Castle, which is owned by Leslie’s family. Call it a real life fairy-tale wedding.

This isn’t the first time celebrities have showed up to their co-star’s wedding. At this year’s royal wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, Markle’s former Suits co-stars such as Patrick J. Adams, Gabriel Macht, and Sarah Rafferty were all in attendance.
