Kim Zolciak-Biermann Explains Why She Let Daughter Brielle Get Lip Fillers: ‘Why Not? Shoot It Up!’

Kim Zolciak-Biermann is all for artificial plump pouts.

On Wednesday's Watch What Happens Live, the mother of six insisted she’s never gotten elective cosmetic surgery on her nose, but the 38-year-old reality star did say she’s a fan of lip fillers.

“You’re never done – it disintegrates,” Zolciak-Biermann told host Andy Cohen and guest Jeff Lewis.

And when asked in a viewer question why she allows her 19-year-old daughter Brielle to do lip injections, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star responded: “First of all, she’s almost 20, so talk to her. And then, why not? Shoot it up!”

In fact, Kim’s eldest child has wanted fuller lips for a while.

“I’ve heard her complain about her lips since she came out of the womb, honestly,” she said, recalling a recent time Brielle said she was going to go forward with the procedure. “I was like, ‘I’m going to take you to the best,’” Kim shared.

During a trip to Los Angeles in July, Brielle received lip filler injections, which she documented on Snapchat.

“I didn’t do it with her – I already had mine done,” the Don’t Be Tardy matriarch joked.

Cohen also pointed out that Brielle is a “chip off the old block” and a future Housewife in the making when the eldest Biermann child showed off her natural blonde tresses. “I can actually bend over unlike my mom,” Brielle said after flipping over her real hair.
