  • Kim Kardashian is reportedly worried about Kanye West.

  • Kanye gave a troubling speech in South Carolina this weekend.

  • The rapper is reportedly “struggling again” with bipolar disorder.

Although he didn’t collect enough signatures to get on South Carolina’s presidential ballot, Kanye West held a rally in the state over the weekend. During the rally, Kanye gave a troubling speech accusing Harriet Tubman of not freeing slaves and about his and Kim Kardashian’s relationship and members of their family, which, understandably, caused Kim to grow even more concerned about him.

According to Entertainment Tonight, “Kim, the family, and Kanye’s friends are worried about him….Kanye isn’t in a good place and isn’t listening to anyone trying to talk him into getting help.” The outlet’s source added, “At the end of the day, people close to Kanye want him to end this presidential run now before he does more damage to himself, his brand, and the family.”

As People previously reported, Kanye’s presidential bid announcement and subsequent tweets and speeches come amid a struggle with his bipolar disorder. Their source explained, “Kanye has been doing well for a long time. In the past, he has suffered both manic and depressive episodes related to his bipolar disorder. Right now, he is struggling again.” They went on to say, “The episodes usually last for a few weeks and then things go back to normal. Kim hopes it will be the same this time.”

It’s unclear if Kanye will continue to host rallies like the one in South Carolina, but it’s evident that a path to the presidency is highly unlikely for him.
