Kim Kardashian told daughter North West about the night she was conceived

It probably comes as no surprise to learn that fashion played a *major* part in the creation of North West. The 9-year-old, who is already a style icon, has sported more next-level looks than we've had hot dinners at this point - from donning her dad, Kanye West's famed pastelle varsity jacket to twinning with her mum, Kim Kardashian at the Jean Paul Gaultier show at Paris Fashion Week. Matching nose rings and all.

But in a recent episode of The Kardashians - coincidentally when the mum and daughter duo were in Paris - Kim got candid with her eldest about the night she was conceived. The footage showed the pair visiting the famed French fashion designer, Olivier Rousteing, with Kim hinting that the Creative Director of Balmain might have had something to do with her appearance in the world.

"Northie, I've known Olivier since before you were a baby," the SKIMS founder explained. "And he gave daddy this blue dress that daddy wanted for me. It was my birthday the year before you were born and I wore the dress, and I got pregnant and you got in my belly the night I wore that dress."

She then continued: "So, Olivier might have a little something to do with the reason you're on this planet."

For many Kardashian-Jenner and North West fans out there, this confession was a massive deal. Just imagine a world without the iconic Kardashian kid. We literally can't.

But in true North style, she continued to nonchalantly eat her fast-food snack while listening to her mum tell her all about her existence.

Tbh, we wouldn't have expected anything less. The story itself or North's reaction.
