Kim And Kanye Are No Longer On Direct Speaking Terms As They Co-Parent Their Children

From Delish

It sounds like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are no longer on direct speaking terms as they co-parent their children. According to Page Six, Kanye changed his number and as of now, Kim is contacting him through his security team. As a source tells the outlet, “Even before Kim filed for divorce, Kanye changed his numbers and said, ‘You can contact me through my security.’”

But despite not being in touch, the former couple is still successfully co-parenting their four kids, with Kanye visiting when Kim is out of the house. “She leaves the house and he arrives and hangs out with the kids,” the source says. “They have an army of nannies so the transition is easy.”

A source previously told People that Kanye requested Kim not be there during his visits, saying, “Kanye has been spending time with all the kids. A nanny is around during the visits. Kim has not been around for the visits, at Kanye’s request.”

Obviously, not speaking to one’s ex is pretty normal during a split, but it’s great that Kim and Kanye are continuing to co-parent successfully despite reports that they aren’t in direct communication. According to People, both Kim and Kanye are having a hard time amid the split, with a source saying Kanye “knew it was coming, but that doesn’t make it any easier” while Kim is “sad about it” and having a hard time staying “positive.”

Here’s to hoping Kim and Kanye are able to remain friends in the future!
