The first season of Netflix’s thriller mystery Who Killed Sara? or ¿Quién mató a Sara?, left us with more questions than answers, including the titular query: Seriously, who murdered this chick?

The hit Spanish-language series follows Alex Guzmán (Manolo Cardona), who went to jail 20 years ago after being falsely convicted of murdering his sister, Sara. Upon his release, he’s determined to find the true killer. Investigating her death draws him into a complicated web of lies, secrets, and even more murders, all hinging on the powerful Lazcano family, which Sara apparently ran afoul of before her death. When we last saw Alex, he was on the trail of multiple suspects and had just discovered another skeleton.

Viewers have been hotly anticipating finding out what happens, but thankfully they don’t have to wait much longer, because season two is on its way. Here’s everything we know so far:

What secrets will come to light? From the trailer, released on April 27, it looks like…a lot of them. Someone’s pregnant, someone’s kidnapped, and Alex is still trying to get to the bottom of Sara’s mental health issues. He discovered her diary in the first season and realized maybe she wasn’t as innocent as he’d thought. Now he’s discovering that she could have even been dangerous. To herself and to others.

Who is in the cast? As far as we know, everyone from season one (who didn’t get killed off) is coming back, plus some new faces playing as-yet-undisclosed characters: Daniel Giménez Cacho, Matías Novoa, and Antonio de la Vega, per Marie Claire.

Will Alex go back to jail? The skeleton in the backyard certainly brought him back into the crosshairs of law enforcement, but we’d be surprised if this show gave up all its sexy, dangerous storylines by putting its main character away.

Will we find out who killed Sara? No idea!

When does season two drop on Netflix? All episodes will be available for your binge-watching pleasure on May 19.
