Khloé Kardashian got candid about her experience with plastic surgery during the second part of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion.

“Well, for me, everyone says, ‘Oh, my gosh, she's had her third face transplant,’” Kardashian told host Andy Cohen during the reunion, per BuzzFeed. “But I’ve had one nose job—Dr. Raj Kanodia…. Everyone gets so upset. Like, Why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose.”

Kardashian added, “I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”

Also during the reunion Khloé Kardashian admitted fame affected her self-esteem. “When the show first started, I was very secure. Very secure,” she said. “And then during the first couple of seasons, I became insecure because of the public opinions of myself. Then I think I had a good run of being secure, and then I think recently I’ve become insecure again…. I was so confident and secure before the show. Season one, I wouldn’t say I was famous. I was Kim’s sister, but I remember Kourtney and I would always be in the background of her photos and we loved it.”

Kardashian says in those early days, her sisters Kim and Kourtney received preferential treatment because of their looks. “It was never a question,” she said. “It was fact. And it was very blatant, as well…. We did so many photo shoots where they would receive racks and racks of clothes, and I was told by so many different stylists—I was given about two or three pieces of clothing but not to worry because I would be in the background anyway.”

This reunion episode was the final chapter, of sorts, for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which ended its 14-year run on June 10.
