Khloé Kardashian Breaks Her Instagram Silence With Three Messages About Heartbreak and Betrayal
Khloé Kardashian returned to Instagram two days after news came out that she broke up with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson because he allegedly cheated on her with Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordyn Woods. And, as Kardashian often does, she broke her personal social media silence by sharing three Instagram stories with "cryptic messages." The quotes she shared are, not shockingly, all about heartbreak and betrayal.
The first she shared may or may not be about Jordyn Woods, whom Kardashian considered to be a trusted friend before the cheating drama. "The worst pain is gettin hurt by a person you explained your pain to," it said.
The second she posted was a pep talk, presumably to herself and others going through similar heartbreak. "Somebody needs to hear this...That betrayal was your blessing!!!!" it read.
And the third could be interpreted as being to Tristan Thompson. It says: "If they ask you about me, tell them: 'She was the only person that loved me with honesty, and I broke her.'"
Kardashian ended her Instagram Story series with a fourth post: an illustration of a woman shedding a single tear.
Kardashian's feelings about Thompson's cheating scandal have been well-documented by sources who spoke to tabloids this week. Initially, Kardashian was reported to be mad. "She is angry more than she is sad," a source told E!. "And she's shocked Jordyn would do this. Of all the guys in the world, she can't fathom why Jordyn would make a decision like this. Khloe is reliving the worst kind of betrayal and pain all over again."
People, meanwhile, made it clear that Kardashian had lost her trust in Thompson some time ago. “Khloé has acted like she is single for a while," a source told the outlet. "She is focused on herself, her daughter and their life in L.A. She isn’t spending time with Tristan. She doesn’t act like she is planning a future with him. All because she can’t trust him. She constantly hears rumors of inappropriate behavior when it comes to Tristan. She as recently as this weekend heard that he was being inappropriate.”
