Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick are holding on to summer as long as they can.
The longtime couple, who have been married since 1988, recently soaked up some sun while enjoying a nice beach day together, and they have a selfie souvenir to prove it.
In the new pic shared to the Footloose star's Instagram page on Friday, Sep. 1, the duo kicked off the weekend strong while smiling for the camera as they lay in the sand.
Sedgwick, 58, was clad in a bright turquoise bathing suit for the pic, while her hubby went shirtless for the selfie session.
Both of the two beach bums were rocking all natural hair for the photo, with Bacon generously crediting, "Hair by Mother Nature" in the caption of his post.
"She's the best stylist," one of the actor's followers quipped in the comments, while someone else chimed in to say, "Long live the summer."
Other fans were more infatuated with the happy couple, who always seem to make each follower's day when they share content together.
"I can’t think of another couple that always appears to be so relaxed and happy," one person commented.
Another fan said, "You guys are my spirit animals. Total mood."
The post comes just a couple weeks after Bacon, 65, shared a sweet message on social media to celebrate his wife's birthday.
While sharing a scenic photo of Sedgwick posing in front of a gorgeous ocean landscape, the doting husband wrote in his Instagram post on Aug. 19, "Happy birthday to my beautiful wife. My one and only."
