Kendall Jenner’s former home in West Hollywood is back on the market, four years after she sold it in 2017 for $6.85 million. Now, it’s for sale at a higher price tag: $8.5 million.
The supermodel only owned the home for a year, due to issues with stalkers and burglars, which is likely because there was no gate surrounding the property until recently. She purchased the home in 2016 for $6.5 million from fellow celebs Emily Blunt and John Krasinski.
This six-bedroom, five-bathroom home boasts 4,800 square feet, and it’s currently owned by marketing mogul Bill Guthy, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Guthy-Renker, and his wife, Victoria Jackson, founder and CEO of her eponymous cosmetics line.
Long before Kendall Jenner lived here, Krasinski and Blunt resided in this home from 2009 to 2016—and they paid just $1.6 million for it. During the many years they spent living at this abode, the couple renovated both the kitchen and the in-ground pool, and they even added a third floor.
Amenities of this celebrity-approved dwelling include an at-home movie theater, a recording studio, rooftop deck, gym, walk-in closet, and two-car garage.
