Kendall Jenner Wore a Tiny Shirt Dress and Knee-High Boots Out in New York City

From ELLE

Kendall Jenner isn't walking any New York Fashion Week shows, but she's still putting her best (pantsless) off-duty street style forward for photographers. Jenner was photographed out in Soho yesterday wearing a short black shirt dress with knee-high boots. She accessorized with gold hoop earrings and black sunglasses. It is exactly the kind of look you'd expect a top model to wear in front of paparazzi:

Jenner previously wore a blazer, no pants, and knee-high boots at DKNY's 30th birthday party. She wore a mini dress at Longchamp's fashion show. Pants just aren't her thing this fashion week, unless you count the jumpsuit and romper she wore once:

Jenner explained to ELLE.com at Longchamp's show that she used to have a lot of runway anxiety before walking for designers. "I used to get really nervous during fashion shows," she said. "I feel like when you’re walking on the runway—I say this from experience—you’re just thinking, 'Walk straight! Walk straight!—and you try to just focus on that. Especially me, because I used to get really nervous when I knew people in the audience. I would try and force myself to zone out. But now, I’m cool with it—I’ve actually gotten so much better at it that I like knowing who’s there, and I’ll kind of peek over to see who’s in the audience before I come out. But it took a little while to get to that point."
