Kendall Jenner is offering fans some tips on how to wind down and be more present.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum took to Instagram on Monday to post a carousel of images and videos showing fans how she resets when she's feeling off.

On the first slide, the 26-year-old model meditated poolside in a green string bikini and a giant, wide-brimmed hat. She ran a wand around the edge of a crystal sound bowl while swaying to the rhythmic melody.

In the second and third slides, Jenner posted snaps of her personalized Papier Wellness Journal and an in-depth look at her sound bowls. She finished the gallery with a stylish and sun-kissed selfie.

In the caption, the brunette bombshell admitted that she can sometimes get caught up in the stress of life and shared tips on how to be more present.

"I’ve had some down time these last couple days and sometimes I find it hard to wind down," she captioned the gallery. "Things that help me be more present and quiet my mind: workouts/nature walks, being with my animal children, meditation/ my sound bowls, journaling, organizing."

"Go outside, pick up a new hobby, hug someone you love, keep a smile on yuh face! Great thing are coming to you," she added.

Fans couldn't get enough of the inspirational post and praised the model for her vulnerability.

"We love this. Such an important message for everyone, always," commented a fan.

"Yes! I've been writing in my journal and meditating a lot more recently and it really helps me to reconnect and reset, which is super key for mental health," shared another.

"It's inspiring to see you being open and honest about your mental health," said another person.

"I love that famous celebrities like you are sharing this message," wrote another follower. "I especially love the sound baths — they're great for spiritual reconnection!"
