  • Kelsea Ballerini hit the stage in a sheer black bodysuit in a new video posted to TikTok.

  • In the video, Kelsea sings while showing off her super-strong abs in the see-through 'fit.

  • The singer has made it clear that her mental health is a big priority, and she loves taking ballet classes and going for long walks.

Kelsea Ballerini’s Heartfirst tour just wrapped up its first leg, but there’s plenty of footage floating around from her performances to tide you over until she hits the road again in June. One just landed on TikTok, and it shows just how much fun Kelsea had on tour.

In the clip, the 29-year-old singer can be seen working a skin-tight, black jumpsuit with a sheer top and glittery accents that showcases her abs as she belts out “Blindsided.” People were all about it in the comments below the video. “She’s soooo good and that outfit is just 🔥,” one wrote, while someone else said, “she’s perfect.”

Kelsea recently shared BTS photos and videos from her tour, saying that it was a “special” experience.

Her looks have been seriously strong so far. In another post-tour post, Kelsea can be seen in that jumpsuit again, looking all kinds of toned as she delivers amazing musical moments onstage.

So, how does Kelsea stay so strong? Well, for starters, performances are no joke—Kelsea is dancing, singing her heart out, and generally getting her heart rate up for hours as she belts out hit after hit.

And while she used to go really hard at the gym, she recently told Women’s Health that she’s scaled back a little to find an exercise routine that feels right for her. Kelsea said that she felt burned out after squeezing in workouts all the time while on tour with the Jonas Brothers and she felt like she needed to chill a little.

“As someone that's really struggled with body image my whole life, I really have to be checked in to, 'Am I doing this for the right reasons?’” she said (Kelsea previously opened up about struggling with bulimia as a teen). “And I felt like by the end of that tour, I was starting to detach from the correct reasons for working out.”

That doesn’t mean she’s not super active, though. Kelsea said she’s been doing “a lot of things to kind of reconnect with my inner child,” including “really long, slow walks” to reach her daily step goal of 10,000 steps. “Just to get fresh air and get sunshine and move my body, but not move my body in a way that I'm feeling like I'm needing [to see] some results,” she said.

She also started taking ballet lessons near her home. “I danced for 10 years when I was younger, and quit when I was 14. But I loved it so much. And then my path really shifted to music,” she said.

Kelsea told Shape that she ultimately works out for her mental health. “Exercise isn't necessarily for the way I look; it's also about the way I feel,” she said.

By the way, Kelsea told WH she planned to “start introducing cardio and strength training again so I can perform well, but I’ve been in a 'Season of Rest' before tuning up again.”

Kelsea Ballerini, everyone!
